Acquire "Follow to Win" Promotion
 

1. Promoter

The promoter is View.com.au Pty Ltd ("Promoter") of 65 Gwynne Street, Cremorne VIC 3121, Australia.

 

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on Thursday 16th July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 16th August 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

 

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are current Acquire customers.

For the purposes of this promotion, a current Acquire customer means:

An agency with an active commercial relationship, consisting of a signed account with Acquire and has had a live campaign in the last 6 months of the date of the promotion commencement date.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Follow @acquire_media on Instagram.

Entrants must remain followers of @acquire_media until the winner has been drawn.

Only one (1) entry per eligible agency is permitted.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

 

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won.

The winner will receive:

One (1) month of an Acquire Agent Branding campaign valued at AUD $1,500 (including GST).

The prize includes one month of an Agent Branding campaign designed to help an agency build awareness and strengthen its presence within its chosen market.

The campaign may include, at the Promoter's discretion:

• Targeted Meta and digital display advertising

• Audience targeting using custom audiences and eligible first-party databases

• Promotion of record sales and recent sales to support listing appraisal generation

• Brand awareness activity to maintain visibility during quieter listing periods

• Campaign strategy, setup and management by Acquire

Campaign commencement dates, media allocation, creative specifications and campaign scheduling are subject to availability and will be agreed between the Promoter and the winner.

The prize:

• is not transferable;

• is not exchangeable;

• cannot be redeemed for cash or credit; and

• must be redeemed within six (6) months of the prize draw unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

6. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place at:

10:00am AEST on Wednesday 19th August 2026

at

Cremorne VIC 3121

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.

 

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted within two (2) business days of the draw via Instagram Direct Message, email and/or telephone using the contact details available to the Promoter.

The winner will also be announced on Thursday 20th August 2026 via Acquire's marketing channels.

 

8. Marketing Consent

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use the winner's:

• name;

• agency name;

• photographs;

• testimonials;

• campaign results; and

• related promotional content,

for marketing, promotional and publicity purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, email marketing, case studies, presentations and advertising, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

 

9. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner:

• cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days;

• declines the prize; or

• is found to be ineligible,

the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who:

• submits an entry that is misleading or fraudulent;

• tampers with the entry process;

• breaches these Terms and Conditions; or

• is otherwise found to be ineligible.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

12. Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information solely for the purpose of administering this promotion.

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion.

 

13. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Instagram and release Instagram from any responsibility associated with this promotion.

 

14. General

If, for any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failures, fraud, unauthorised intervention or any other event beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any applicable laws, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.

The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
